SYDNEY LAUNCH OF IPA NETWORK | Infrastructure Series

NSW Treasurer and Minister for Infrastructure Michael Costa launched IPA’s NETWORK | Infrastructure Series, in Sydney on 23rd July, 2008, with more than 170 senior executives and emerging leaders from across the IPA Membership in attendance.

Minister Costa spoke about the challenge of building NSW – and the progress of the NSW energy reform debate.  Mr Costa challenged the infrastructure sector to advocate greater opportunities in social infrastructure – and especially PPP hospital provision, and warmly endorsed the leadership of Infrastructure Partnerships Australia in the broader infrastructure debate.

This important series brings together the leaders and emerging leaders of the infrastructure sector several times each year in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to hear from prominent political, business and public sector leaders ensuring the development of strong and enduring networks across the sector.
