IPA has commissioned a report from Saha International that advocates a new way forward for an integrated planning and governance structure for Sydney's critical port and airport precinct at Botany. Under the present regime, the Port and Airport precinct is subject to a range of planning instruments split across six planning authorities; four local councils and the NSW and Commonwealth Governments.
