The Transport Taskforce is focussed on the development of frameworks and projects that will ease passenger and freight network congestion. The Taskforce will continue to advocate for best practice delivery of transport infrastructure and services across all modes and networks, focusing on a holistic approach to road and transport planning. With a key focus on urban transport, including roads and public transport, the taskforce will debate practical solutions to the mobility challenges faced in the nation’s major cities. The taskforce will provide input to transport policy papers as they are undertaken by IPA.
