8 MAY 2012 - While the Commonwealth Budget makes some welcome progress on a selection of smaller projects and funding programmes and reconfirms the contingent funding for the Pacific Highway, it makes insubstantial progress on the nationally significant infrastructure projects that Australia needs, says Infrastructure Partnerships Australia, the nation’s peak infrastructure body.
