The Public Affairs Taskforce is a new initiative which acknowledges the crucial role Public Affairs professionals play in the successful delivery and management of key infrastructure projects. The Taskforce will look to develop a practical, best practice community, stakeholder and political engagement framework – founded on evidence-based analysis of the stakeholder management on Australia’s major projects.
