Mr Martin Locke
Biography
Martin Locke leads the PricewaterhouseCoopers Project Finance practice in Sydney. He has specialised in advising on infrastructure for the last 19 years. He has advised both public and private sector clients on all strategic, financial and commercial aspects of project financing covering the entire process from pre-feasibility to financial close.
Martin has advised clients such as the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority, NSW Health, RailCorp, NSW Treasury, Sydney Ports Corporation and various Local Councils and Universities. Martin has recently closed the $950 million Royal North Shore Hospital Re-development PPP Project. His other recent experience includes advising on the RailCorp Rolling Stock PPP Project, the Lane Cove Tunnel and the UNSW High Street Housing Project.
Martin joined PwC in 2001 after a successful career in investment banking with the Deutsche Morgan Grenfell Group. He has significant international experience having been based in Australia, Asia, South Africa and UK and has had extensive involvement across a wide range of sectors.
