Mr Jim Miller

Biography

Jim joined Macquarie Group Limited in 1994, and has over fifteen years experience in Infrastructure and PPP financing. In this time Jim has lead over $100b of transactions for Macquarie. Projects with which Jim has led cover all aspects of the infrastructure and PPP market from transport infrastructure, energy and utilities and social infrastructure assets.

Airport transactions where Jim has led Macquarie’s team include the $42 bilion BAA Acquisition, the $5.6 billion acquisition of Sydney Airport and subsequent $3.2 billion, $4.3 billion and $2.2billion refinancing, the acquisitions of Adelaide, Gold Coast and Hobart Airports.
