Mr Graham Brooke

Biography

 
Graham Brooke is the Partner in Charge of KPMG Corporate Finance's Infrastructure & Projects Group (IPG) and Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) Group - in Australia and the ASPAC Region. He is a specialist in complex infrastructure projects with more than 20 years experience in the UK, South Africa, Asia and Australia. He is currently working on several significant projects in Australia in the transport, housing, defence and accommodation sectors - he is also currently developing a PPP Framework for the Government of Thailand.

Graham is currently leading a number of significant projects in Australia including the $43bn National Broadband Network (NBN) Project, the Barrangaroo Redevelopment, Project Single LEAP II on behalf of the Department of Defence and the Sunshine Coast University Hospital PPP deal. Graham’s previous projects include the Chatswood Transport Interchange, the South Australia Police and Courts Project and the NSW Desalination Plant.  

Graham previously worked with the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK, and was closely involved in the UK major public sector reforms in the Thatcher-era.

His experience covers the structuring of complex transactions, development of payment mechanisms, determining appropriate risk allocations and advising on alternative sources of finance.

Graham is a Member of the NSW Housing Minister's Community Housing Advisory Committee (CHAC) and he was recently appointed as Adjunct Professor, Bond University, Department of Sustainability. Previously, Graham was the National Treasurer of the Australian-British Chamber of Commerce (ABCC).
