Biography

Bill Banks is the Leader of Ernst & Young’s Project Finance Advisory Group in Asia Pacific and Oceania Infrastructure Leader. Bill has significant experience in providing commercial and financial advisory services to both governments and bidding consortia for major infrastructure projects.

Recent projects that Bill has lead the financial advisory team on include New South Wales Housing PPP, Brisbane North South Bypass Tunnel, Brisbane Airport Link, , Sydney Ferries and West Kowloon Cultural District.
